Animal Health Certificate

- The Department only issued the Health Certificate 7 DAYS before exporting or depending on the requirement of the importing county.
- Applicant must submit the application 2 weeks before the expected date of export.
- Please contact Animal Permit Section, Animal Quarantine Unit to arrange the date to collect the Health Certificate/Export Permit to 673 2388074.
- LIVES ANIMAL AND PET ANIMAL.
- Health Certificate issued by Private Veterinary Clinic is valid for ONE MONTH from the date of issued.
- The applicant must bring the Original Copy of Health Certificate issued by the Private Veterinary Clinic during collecting the permit for endorsement.
- Lis of approved Private Veterinary Clinic by the Department: i. Anicare Sdn Bhd ii. Petlink Veterinary Care iii. M.A.H. Veterinary Services iv. Asyan Angel Animal shop
- ANIMAL'S PRODUCT LIKE RAW MEAT, PROCESSED PRODUCT.
- The Department will inform the applicant as soon as the Laboratory Result released by the Veterinary Laboratory Services Unit.
