- This application is opened to all local and foreign companies officially registered according to the governing law of their own countries and cooperatives registered in Brunei Darusssalam wishing to apply for this application.
- Incomplete forms will be rejected by the eMIPR system.
- As soon as the completed application form is received by the eMIPR system, the applicant will be notified directly online an application reference number for the particular application to enable the applicant to check upon the status of that application at any time.
- An applicant may also send an email to helpdesk@bruneimipr.gov.bn by stating the application reference number to make any enquiries about the status of the application.
